Replique Hair Refund Policy
We want your hair transformation to be sensational. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us at sales@repliqueclinic.com.au within three days of receiving your goods so that we can work with you to find a solution.
Replique Hair is happy to refund or exchange products that are returned in original, resalable condition within seven days of delivery. The returned goods must include intact original packaging with no cuts, rips or tears. A refund or exchange will not be offered for products that have been worn, altered, damaged or used after delivery. The cost of postage will be incurred by the buyer and a restocking fee of 20% will be incurred on all refunds and exchanges. Proof of purchase will be required. All refunds are processed in the same method as the original payment less postage. Please note refunds are not offered on any custom pieces as these are not items that are kept in stock.
Replique Hair accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you use registered post and take out postal insurance.
